COLD ROLL STEEL MANUFACTURER & PREFAB BUILDING SYSTEM COMPANY FOR MINING, OIL & GAS - URGENTLY REQUIRED
PT Potentia HR Consulting has been retained by a well established steel building construction company. They are looking for professionals to join their company.
• GENERAL MANAGER: mm 5— 10 years experience in any industry, sales oriented, energetic, mature with proven leadership skills.
• TECHNICAL MANAGER: at least 5 years experience in design building structure, preferably from design structure consultant, proficient in using structure analysis software such as SAP or ETABS.
• PROJECT MANAGER: Responsible for managing project building construction, planning and budgeting of financial for project, liaise with authorities, consultants and contractors. Min Bachelor degree in Engineering/Civil/Architecture, min 2 years experience as Project Manager, willing to travel to site project.
• NATIONAL SALES MANAGER: Responsible in developing and implementing sales plans by channel/market sector, setup distribution channel, experience in the construction industry or with a supplier to that industry, has extensive client, at least 5 years experience.
• BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: Responsible in developing the business through gathering relevant market intelligence and partnering with the appointed distributors, gather market intelligence and recommend marketing strategies and activities within the local market. Experience in construction industry, mining is preferable; fluent in English is a must.
• PROCUREMENT SENIOR SUPERVISOR: at least 2 years experience as procurement/purchasing supervisor, preferably from building contractor companies.
• STRUCTURE DESIGN ENGINEERS: at least 2 years experience as design engineer in building structure, proficient with structure analysis software such as SAP or ETABS.
