ENGINEERING JOBS

PT.Mega Petro Synergy is a Manpower supply & Construction company which operates in Indonesia. MPS currently have various vacancy to support our project in Halmahera Island – North Maluku. All position is open to Indonesian nationals. Our client is Saipem for Weda Bay Project.

We are seeking for :

1.    Contract Engineer Assistant


Qualification:
·            Bachelor Degree in these Engineering majors : Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or other equivalence
·            Minimum 5 years of experience in:
·            Project and construction work/practices and project management.
·            Managing (or other hands-on experience related to) construction contract is an advantage
·            Operational experience of contracts drafting is an advantage
·            Understanding of project / construction aspects in Oil and Gas business.
·            Computer literate, fluent English - oral & written


2.    Commercial Assistant

      Qualification:

·            University graduate in Accounting/Finance from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
·            Having minimum 2 - 3 years experience in accounting field preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods or Retail business
·            Strong knowledge on accounting related, good analytical skills, accurate, quick and attentive when dealing with administrative works, well organized and extremely focused.
·            High integrity, self motivated and good interpersonal skills
·            Excellent English (spoken & written)
·            Computer literate (MS Office, SAP, Visio)


3.      Cost Control Manager

Qualification:

·            Should have vast experience in industrial construction/oil&gas/telecommunication industry companies  . should have worked Technique planning and weight assignment system.

·            Provides leadership for cost, planning/scheduling, estimating, and, if applicable, quantity measurement.

·            Develops the Project Execution Plan for forecasting, tracking, and reporting project cost as well as estimating, cost control, and planning/scheduling.

·            Responsible for implementation of project control procedures and development of direct reports.

·            Supports the project team in the development and maintenance of any periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) status reports to keep management and/or owner informed on the project progress.

·            Interface with the project team and task managers to define scope of work in the development and update of detailed schedules, cost information, and identification of variances from the original plan.

·            Advise management of risks that may affect project profit, costs, schedules and client relations.

·            The candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

·            Must have at least a Bachelors degree in the relevant discipline.

·            PMP/PMBOK is advantage

4.      Cost Control Assistant

Qualification:

·            Has experience min 3 years in as a Cost Accountant/ Controller in Manufacturing Company comprises budget and cost monitoring
·            Advance in communication skill and open personality
·            Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University min GPA: 3.00.
·            Can work as part of team and independently, strong development thinking, strong interpersonal skill, good in numbers, responsible, hard worker, highly commitment to company, easy going person
·            Conversant with English (Oral / Written) is a must
·            Familiar with accounting software
·            Advance in MS office operation (Excel, Word, Power Point)


5.      Deputy Project Manager

 Qualification:

·            have minimum Engineering Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineer background
·            Have experience minimum 5 years in Superintendent / Management level
·            The candidate should have mine design concepts & practice, project cost production control, environmental management, system management, understand people management
·            Good communication skill; interpersonal skill
·            Has strong leadership; be able to interact & adapt with Mining Operation Group and External Customer.

6.      Design Engineer
 Qualification:

·            Min D3 or S1
·            Familiar AUTO CAD, CAD WORK,PV-ELITE, COMPRESS, PDMS

·            Experience Design Vessel, boiler,Skid, Piping and other structure.

·            Have basic estimation Min 1 years

·            Experience in engineer 4 - 5 years in Fabricator or Engineering consulting

·            Able speak and write English

7.      Doctor

 Qualification:

·            Minimum 3 (three) years experience, preferably from mining industry
·            S1 from faculty of Medicine (Doctor)
·            Fluent in English both oral & written
·            Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
·            Posses certificate Ijin Praktek / Surat Tanda Registrasi Dokter (Doctor)
·            Experienced in medical evacuation
·            Good knowledge about K3 / HSE, preferably posses Hiperkes certification
·            Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem


8.      Document Controller

 Qualification:

·            At least 3 years of related work experiences.
·            Proficiency skill in English, both written and verbal.
·            Have some basic skills in computer application.
·            Working effectively and cooperatively with others; establishing and maintaining good working relationships.
·            Accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.
·            Effectively in time and resources management to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
·            Keeping organizational norms as well as ethical and social; deals with people with appropriate manner; shows words and actions consistently
·            Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.

9.      Draftman

 Qualification:

·            STM graduated/ Diploma 3 degree in Mechanical Engineering

·            Minimum 1 year experience in piping/ mechanical

·            Mastering AutoCAD 2D & 3

10.    Driver

 Qualification:

·            SLTA  / SMEA / STM
·            Good looking , good communication, honest
·             Hard worker, could work as a team or individual
·             Have a driving license A / B
·             Have an experience minimum 1 years

11.    Electrician

Qualification:

·            Technical High school or any related discipline
·            Experience in handling similar job for min.2 years
·            Able to work independently
·            Good workship in troubleshooting and adequate knowledge in Electrical Industrial requirement
·            Possession of electrical skill
·            Loyal hard working
·            Trustworthy able to socialiaze with the surrounding.
