ENGINEERING JOBS

PT Hallin Marine Indonesia, is currently interviewing for the following positions to support operations,

Position                             :Assistance Project HSE Mgr

 

Report Direct to               : Senior HSE Manager

 

Responsibilities:

(Include all Primary duties and responsibilities for this position)

·         Privide full support to Project (s) activities in Indonesia

·         Producing Project (s) HSE reports, newsletters, safety Alert and bulletins

·         Provide QHSE support for tenders submitted in Indonesia in compiling HSE documentation for bidding purposes

·         Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced to ALARP.

·         Responsible for ensuring that all safety legislation is adhered to and policies and practices are adopted.

·         Review all accident/incident reports and feedback corrective actions

·         Maintain records of sub contractor HSE compliance

·         Outlining safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards

·         Carrying out site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented 

·         Leading in-house training with managers and employees about health and safety issues and risks

·         Follow up on group HSE standards and guideline ( HSE-MS), and ensure all operations are kept updated

·         Keeping records of inspections findings and producing reports that suggest improvements

·         Keeping records of incidents and accidents and producing statistics for managers

·         Keeping up to date on all IMCA safety documentation and guidelines

·         Ensuring the safe installation of equipment

·         Managing and organizing the safe disposal of hazardous substances, e.g. asbestos

·         Advising on a range of specialist areas, e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery and occupational diseases

·         Setup and Maintain an Incident/Accident Database

 

 

Knowledge / Skills / Attributes / Experience:

·         Formal training in Safety and Risk Management

·         A minimum of 8 years experience in a related field

·         Computer skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

·         Willing to travel

·         Basic experience with diving, ROV & vessel operations
