ENGINEERING JOBS

PT. Gaka IndoinSpection (GIS) Manpower Services in providing professional engineers for International Petroleum Exploration Corporation. Personnel shall normally be located at Company Offices in Jakarta, Indonesia but may be required to undertake business trips within and outside Indonesia.

Procurement Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

Professional Qualification

• Fully understands government regulations of PTK-007 Rev. 2/ Ministry of Industry and governmental procurement process in Indonesia;
• Hands-on experience in procurement process by collecting quotations and calculating cost estimates in Client Company;
• Understands and has experience on local content calculation method in the oil and gas industry; and/or
• Experience in Indonesian vendor verifications for procurements/ constructions of hulls, topsides and/or platforms.

Others

• Excellent communication in written and oral English and Indonesia

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience during EPC phases on oil & gas projects in Indonesia as Client Company.
• Experience in vendor selection process such as vendor verification, collecting goods/services quotations, and/or cost estimation calculations.
• Prefer experience in Offshore, FPSO and/or LNG projects.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree
• Required skill(s): microsoft office, English Communication.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering 
• Contract positions available.
