| QAQC Structural/Piping Inspector | |
•Monitoring welder performance and conduct visual inspections of piping fabrication & field works with respect to Isometrics and P&I D’s. •Certificate verification of materials and consumables related to welding. •Monitoring Welder's Status logbook & performance report. •Identify and verify Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) & PQR for jobs as per project specifications and verify welders meet PQR requirements. •Monitoring welding & related documentation activities to prevent the occurrence of Non Conformance. •Coordination with Field Engineering Dept for Various Technical Problems & Query’s. •Performing visual inspection before, during and after welding. •Raising Unscheduled inspection reports for various quality issues. •Preparation of material traceability record. •Witnessing for Air testing, Nitrogen testing and Hydro testing. •Coordination with Construction Team for Re-instatement activities. •Coordination with Arranging & Witnessing of WPQR Preparation and Welder Qualification Tests •Coordination with Pre commissioning activities. •Preparation and verification of Punch List. •Coordination with internal and external audit requirements. •Took part in QA/QC meetings and discussing quality issues. •Coordination with commissioning team and arranging client and class to witness the commissioning. •NDT coordination with NDT personnel, reviewing Radiography films, UT & MPI reports. •Coordination with Client, Class & Project Management Team. •Preparation of all related documents and get approval. | |
