Contract Duration: 6 months extendable
Employer: Local Qatari Engineering & Construction Contracting Company
Experience: Minimum 10 years and above in relevant field
Job Description:
- Has experience and knowledge of implementing OPERCOM Methodology.
- Has experience and knowledge of using ICAPS software tool.
- Has a good background in design & engineering on HVAC system.
- Has depth knowledge of implementing HVAC system in construction, pre-com, commissioning, start-up until hand-over stages.
- Has depth knowledge & understanding on the following HVAC major equipments & devices:
- Has experience and knowledge in using oil and gas PTW system.
- Can handle & drive construction activities based on HVAC scope of works.
- Can prepare various reports on HVAC activities based actual progress on site.
- Can prepare various operational test procedures on HVAC
- Oil & Gas experience in HVAC system and specifications is needed.
- Able to deal with other discipline, good communication skill and team player will be more advantageous.

- Has experience and knowledge in preparing Pre-com. (RFC) & Comm. (RFSU) dossiers. o HVAC Air Handling Unit
o HVAC Split Type AC Unit
o HVAC Variable Air Volume
o HVAC Ducting System
o HVAC Manual & Automatic Dampers
o HVAC Various Integrated Sensors
- Has experience and knowledge in using oil and gas PTW system.
