Title: Senior Procurement Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Preparing Procurement Master Schedule.
• Selection of Supplier (vendor) from approved Vendors Recommended by Company and APDN for local project.
• Distribution of quotations for technical bid evaluation to Project Manager and expedite for return.
• Expediting for quotation, preparation of commercial bid tabulation once technical classifications are complete (if applicable).
• Issue commercial bid tabulation to Project Manager, Director and expedite return for purchase approval.
• Placement of the purchase order by project schedule rate.
• Expediting of supplier (vendor) for purchase order acknowledgement.
• Expediting/follow up supplier (vendor) documentations (shipping documents certificates/mill certificates and MDR (Manufacturer Data Record).
• Issue of supplier (vendor) documentation to Project Manager and expediting for returned documents “commented on approved” within stipulated time period.
• Expediting supplier (vendor) so as to realize delivery date, monitoring of same and informing other concerned Department Head by issue supplier (vendor) weekly Document Status Report.
• Coordination of shipment of materials and equipment to end destination, monitoring and reporting of the same, ensuring delivery order is received for goods signed by authorized employee of recipient.
• Preparation of master list and after Project Manager approved issue to Customer for final acceptance by MIGAS for all project local if client have a facility of Master List.
• Coordination of importation of materials, equipment, monitoring and reporting of same.
• Issuing of weekly status reports for each contract/delivery, shipment and import of materials.
Requirement:
- Min Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering.
- Min 5 year experiences in procurement area for oil & gas industry.
- Fluent in English both oral & written.
- Computer literate.
