PT. Sumatera Persada Energi, an oil and gas company, is urgently looking for potential candidate to join our successful team as:
1. LEGAL MANAGER
The candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Law, obtain no less than 7 years working experience in the oil and gas industry, in depth knowledge in PSC regulations and familiar with Indonesian laws and practice.
The Legal Manager will report to Senior Manager Corporate Relations & Services and responsible of:
√ Provision of legal advice.
√ Legislative and regulatory compliance.
√ Drafting company contracts and reviewing third party contracts.
√ Managing external counsels.
√ Negotiating contracts.
√ Networking with all authorities and bodies including third parties involved in the oil and gas industry.
2. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
The candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in economy or social sciences, obtain no less than 7 years working experience in human resources area, hands on with PTK 018 practices, have depth knowledge of human resources management and oil and gas industry.
The Human Resources Manager will report directly to General Manager and responsible of:
√ Compensation and Benefits Administration.
√ Prepare salary and welfare budget.
√ Conduct and participate in annual market survey.
√ Preparation, review, analyzes, identify of annual increment, bonus, promotion and pay simulation.
√ Ensure accuracy of monthly payroll processing.
√ Consolidation for performance appraisal exercise.
√ Recommend appropriate benefits programs to ensure competitiveness.
√ Provide advice to management regarding HR issue and policy.
√ Ensure effectiveness of organization structure.
3. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
The candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in engineering, obtain no less than 7 years working experience in the oil and gas industry, professionally qualified or working toward certification or membership (e.g., Certified with PTK 007, CIPS, RICS, Green Belt), capable to build rapport with and influence Senior Management, demonstrate leadership capability, good organizational skills.
The Supply Chain Manager will report to Senior Manager Finance & Administration and responsible of:
√ Handle all phases of the supply chain process.
√ Communicating effectively with business partners, suppliers, contractors and other personnel, throughout the activity cycle.
√ Manage tender process.
√ Determine appropriate tender recipients using existing selection procedures.
√ Evaluate proposals with the business partner to identify the best business solution.
√ Ensure the procurement processes comply with PTK 007.
4. PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR
The candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in engineering or social sciences, obtain no less than 5 years working experience in the oil and gas industry, PTK 007 certificated and familiar with procurement regulations.
The Procurement Supervisor will report to Supply Chain Manager and responsible of:
√ Prepare, organize and monitor the Tender process.
√ Prepare procedures document, draft agreement and advertisement in newspaper.
√ Organize pre-qualification of bidders, administer pre-bid clarification meeting and bid opening, evaluating bidden administrative proposal.
√ Ensure that all contracts files are updated with all original contract documents, amendments and current correspondence.
√ Assist Bid Committee in their duties including the drafting and distributing of Bid Packages, Bid Openings and evaluations.
√ Monitor Bidders correspondence and queries.
√ Check Purchase Requisition Form (PR) for completeness, authorization and accuracy.
√ Prepare, organize and monitor the Purchasing process.
√ Responsible for communications with Vendor.
√ Prepare and send request for quotations to the appropriate vendors.
√ Prepare Purchase Order.
5. INTERNAL AUDIT SPECIALIST
The candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in accounting, obtain no less than 5 years working experience in the oil and gas industry or public accounting firm, strong knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of accounting and auditing, familiar with all phases of an audit including planning, analysis and report writing.
The Internal Audit Specialist will report to Internal Audit Manager and responsible of:
√ Plan, execute and report on the examination and evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of the company s system of internal control and the quality of operating performance.
√ Review the system established to ensure compliance with policies, plans, procedure, laws, and regulations which could have a significant impact on operations and reports, and determine whether the organization is in compliance.
√ As Liaison Officer to support government auditor in conducting audit in the Company and maintain good relationship with all external auditor.
√ To support the Internal Audit Manager in undertaking any other ad hoc duties in Internal Audit and Risk Management as requested.
6. MATERIAL CONTROLLER
The candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in engineering or economy, obtain no less than 5 years working experience in the oil and gas industry, good understanding on key supply chain concepts, supply planning activities and on SOP business processes, familiar with purchasing & goods receiving.
The Material Controller will report to Supply Chain Manager and responsible of:
√ Supervise the recording of materials/inventory movements into the system to ensure accuracy, accountability and timely completion.
√ Assign and update materials inventory code numbering in accordance with existing BPMIGAS and Finance guidelines.
√ Prepare and submit periodic/monthly reports on materials/inventory movements.
√ Analyze existing inventory stock with regard to the slow moving items and to recommend for surplus of those slow moving items and/or no-longer required materials by offering them to other PSC before submitting inventory surplus to BPMIGAS.
√ Responsible for making recommendation on how to improve the recording and administration of materials/ inventory movements.
√ Consult with User Department to maintain acceptable level of inventory (min and max level).
7. TECHNICAL PLANNING ENGINEER
The candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in engineering, obtain no less than 5 years working experience in the oil and gas industry, hands on technical planning & evaluation, in depth knowledge in exploration & production materials and services, familiar with local and international vendors and suppliers.
The Technical Planning Engineer will report to General Manager and responsible of:
√ Closely interface with Operations Department for preparing the technical scope of work and commercial terms.
√ In conjunctions with the Operations Department, finalize the technical and commercial evaluation of bids.
√ Provide management progress reports on installation of production facilities and expenditures and overall management and supervision to enable project installation and expenditures to maintain forecasted schedules.
√ Oversee and provide support to Management on financial control matters including the preparation and administration corporate budgets as well as associated AFE s, contracts and purchase orders.
√ Analyze and make payment recommendations for contractors invoices, and resolution of deficiencies with contractors.
√ Analyze and make recommendations on contractors cost of proposed change orders.
√ Verify and prepare data and reports relating to contractor claims.
8. GENERAL ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
The candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in accounting, obtain no less than 5 years working experience in the oil and gas industry or public accounting firm, hands on general accounting including taxation, treasury, account payable, revenue, expense and account receivable, in depth knowledge in IndoGAAP and PSC accounting.
The General Accounting Supervisor will report to Accounting Manager and responsible of:
√ Supervise and monitor daily activity in all accounts (cash in banks, receivable, fixed asset, inventory, payable, revenue and expenses).
√ Review all reconciliation related to tax, cash and banks, AP, AR, Fixed Asset and Inventory.
√ Review all monthly tax report.
√ Review all insurance matters.
√ Ensure the general ledgers are maintained correctly and timely manner according to IndoGAAP and PSC accounting.
√ Review cash forecast every month.
