ENGINEERING JOBS
Our Client, a highly reputable Oil & Gas Company, are seeking an experienced Safety & Risk Engineer to be a part of their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great company.
Duties will include:
Provide oversight to all Technical Safety and Risk, Government Approvals and also Verification / Validation scope activities.
Health, Safety and Security in Design
Champions the approach of a Project risk based design during Detailed Design
Champions Health, Safety and Security Philosophy
Project Technical Risk Assessment oversight and review for the Engineering Contractors deliverables.
Oversight of the Engineering Contractors demonstration ensuring that specialist HSS input is included / documented.
Interprets and develops guidance on Australian Regulations and Legislative requirements.
General Health, Safety, Environment and Security Applications
Liaise and coordinate with Engineering Contractor to ensure maturation and development of the facilities
Demonstrates leadership and participation in HESS Initiatives.
Participate in compliance assurance reviews
Support to Project Team
To be successful for this role you will possess the following:
Tertiary
5 – 10 years
Being able to work with others and manage others
Interface with the Engineering team
Communication with Engineers and Management
Management personnel from Client and Contractor
