With continued success, a Mechanical Piping Design Draftsperson is now required to commence work on a permanent basis with a focus on gas projects.


As the ideal candidate, you will be a proven Mechanical Piping Designer with concentrated experience in the oil and gas industry. In a similar mechanical design you will have consistently produced accurate mechanical drawings for piping requirements on medium-large scale projects. Within this role, strong communication skills will be essential to your success and your understanding of the local market will be an advantage over other applicants.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience in the gas sector
• Strong AutoCAD and AutoPlant skills derived from projects experience
• Experience in piping design together with the related fittings and equipment
• Ability to produce accurate engineering drawings and work with P&ID, schematics, layouts, surveys, isometrics, etc
