Offshore Drilling Operations Superintendent (Code: DRL)

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Drilling Superintendent Operations in undertaking the Risk Management studies and its implementation for the offshore drilling operations - both exploratory and development
- Support the Drilling Management Team by providing advanced offshore drilling operational expertise in the development of optimized offshore drilling plans and work programs - both exploratory and development
- Assist the Drilling Superintendent Operations in managing the creation of tender process specifications, the selection of drilling service providers and materials suppliers
- Provide basic drilling engineering expertise to support Drilling Superintendent Operations in tendering processes:
- Work Specification;
- Bidding Evaluation
- Selection of service contractor companies
- Support the Drilling Superintendent Operations in managing the drilling operations supervision of all offshore drilling activities and assess the overall performance of all the drilling team activities
- Assist the Drilling Superintendent Operations in managing the process of ensuring the smooth logistic support management for all offshore drilling programs
Requirements:
- A minimum of Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other Engineering Sciences
- 8+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry with at least 5 years in the Drilling Engineering and/or Operations
- Fluency in English both spoken and written
- Computer Literacy and report writing skills. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software
- Able to work well in a multicultural team and be highly motivated, disciplined, dynamic with good personality
