The Role :
To manage all matters relating to claims and litigation, as a centralized function which will include work on any and all legal claims or demands, HR and industrial relations, investigations and enquiries from the authorities.
To manage other matters which do not fall strictly in business and marketing nor contracts of operations, which will include legal support for matters relating to work to be conducted with universities, studies, research and development purposes intellectual property, corporate matters, land permit registration and management, community development projects and procurement in Jakarta office.
Requirements :
Education : Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB), having master degree in Law (LL.M) would be an advantage
Expected level Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in recognized law firm, expert in both litigation and corporate, experienced in oil and gas industry would be an advantage.
Desirable Skills :
Good English drafting skill
Excellent communication skill
Able to motivate and lead team
