Currently we are looking for a  Drilling Engineer with below the requirements:
·   Manage the daily well site activities at drill site to ensure a safe and performance focused operation.
·  Observes operations, evaluate operations and make operational improvements.
·   Assists with timely procurement of material, equipment and personnel.
· Responsible for contract management of assigned contracts. Complies with Contractor Management Program, ensures timely tendering and contracting, and verifies contractor's compliance with the contract and agreements, Review and approves invoices for correct content.

·  Responsible for planning and obtaining equipment and personnel in a timely manner.
·  Reviews all drilling program and procedure and Recommends procedural and operational improvements.
· Monitors daily morning report and facilitates data error corrections and Evaluates activities against pre-established goals.
·  Makes recommendations based on evaluations.
· Accountable for knowing and complying with all applicable regulations and Company HES training requirement and policies. 
·  Evaluate and develops new technologies as needed
· Provides technical support on day to day drilling operations or when work performed changes scope. Is primary contact for field engineering issues. 
· Provides daily support to assigned drilling project.
· Monitors daily morning report and facilitates data error corrections.  Evaluates activities against pre-established goals. Makes recommendations based on evaluations.
·   Prepares well reconciliations and post-well look backs.
·    Leads the risk analysis of assigned drilling project.
· Accountable for knowing and complying with all applicable regulations and Company HES training requirement and policies. 
·  Evaluate and develops new technologies as needed.
·  Participate in Networks and communicate the results to the group.
·  Actively involved in pre-spud meeting at the drill site making sure recommendations are implemented and executed.
·  Reviews all Drilling Program and procedures. Recommends procedural and operational improvements.
·  Plans ahead and communicates the plan to the team.
·  Evaluate realistic options for an operation or a problem
