A reputable International Service Company having its regional headquarter for Asia pacific in Kuala Lumpur, involving in Exploration, Commissioning, Training, Operation & Maintenance, Shutdown & Turnarounds for the upstream and downstream sectors of the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries invites experienced candidates to fill the following position :
Business Development & Operation Manager - Jakarta
Job responsibilities :
· To propose and implement an effective business plan in Jakarta, in relation with the Country Manager.
· To promote and develop the image of SPIE with all targeted potential clients in Indonesia and initiate effective lobbying.
· To develop the Company's business aggressively and improve competitive position in the Area.
· To establish an effective network with clients, business partners, public authorities in the Area.
· To manage and run the daily operation of Area office effectively.
· To assist the Country Manager in establishing budgets and implementing effective cost control measures.
· To comply with all licensing, administrative, legal and fiscal requirements in the Area.
· To coordinate with the Country Manager and/or regional office for the preparation of all tenders and proposals.
· To follow-up all tenders and proposals submitted in the Area and provide effective business intelligence to ensure successful tenders.
· To responsible for manpower, material and equipments required for the projects as well as in the tenders.
· To provide regular and relevant financial reporting to the Country Manager.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering
· Minimum 5 - 10 years in the Oil & Gas Industry
· Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a position of Business Development, Project & Operation
· Excellent managing skills, good negotiation & communication skills, ability to report accurately
· Result oriented, cost minded, capable to handle pressure and to meet deadlines.
· Flexibility and openness to adapt to business practices
· Fluent in English, written and spoken.
· Exposure in an International company
