ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Job Description
- Handling filling system and all company’s documents
- Helping and monitoring formalities related to expatriate paper works
- Establish and develop relationship with BPMIGAS/Ditjen Migas personnel
- Develop and maintain office stationery requirement
- Helping to review and monitoring invoice prior to management approval
- Compile and file all documents and reports
- Coordinate with home office secretarial and admin group
- Preparing and scheduling meeting and taking note during meeting
- Translating document (English-Indonesia)
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma degree
- Female, pleasant personality, maximum 35 years old
- Computer literate
- Excellent in English (oral and written)
- Work efficiently in fast paced environment while preserving confidentiality
- Preferably has 2 years working experience in Administration or Public Relation, especially in Oil & Gas industry
Reporting
Will work for President (National), General Manager (National), and VP. Exploration (Expatriate)
