ENGINEERING JOBS
Progressive are currently working on behalf of a privately held oil & gas company in Perth, WA. The company is in a flux of growth through new exploration opportunities and the acquisition of dev / prod assets with upside potential.
We are in search of an experienced technical and commercially minded Petroleum Engineer / Business Analyst to play an integral part of the growth strategy.
This is an international company with commitment and support from upper management to develop its business in Australia. The Perth office is small and dynamic, with multiple existing non operated JVs, and NVs, including potential operatorships. The successful candidates will be rewarded with a stable, cash rich company alongside an enjoyable, flexible and varied work enviro and attractive remuneration package.
* Min 10 yrs broad ranging experience (pref with both large and small companies) in the upstream industry
* Bachelor of Engineering (Production, Reservoir, Facilities)
* Generalist Petroleum Engineering skills required. Skills in subsurface reservoir engineering and field development planning is desired.
* Economics modeling (Eclipse and CMG, preferable PEEP economics modelling)
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent comm. skills to be able to respond to multiple JV partners
