VACANCY
Wood Group Kenny and WGIM (along with MSi Kenny and MCS Kenny) are part of the Wood Group Kenny and are wholly owned subsidiaries of the Wood Group, publically listed company with sales of US$5b, employing 28,000 employees in 50 countries. The combined Wood Group Kenny organization provides life-cycle engineering technology, management and integrity solutions for oil and gas and renewable energy projects from concept phase through into operation and abandonment. Wood Group Kenny has over thirty years experience in the oil and gas industry with approximately 1600 personnel, largely engineering professionals and project and asset management specialists, in 14 offices worldwide.
Having been established in Indonesia for well over 7 years, as part of our expansion plans, Wood Group Kenny and WGIM are looking for the following positions:
HR Manager (HRM)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for HR duties that includes recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years experience in the oil and gas industry
• Excellent working knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Employee/Industrial Relation, HR Procedures and Process, Compensation & Benefit, HR Services and Organization Development.
• Having leadership skills and good team player
• Proficiency in English language (written & spoken)
