Progressive Global Energy have been assigned with the role of sourcing a QC Engineer for a well established oil and gas engineering company.

The company have developed a unique method of engineering for oil and gas wellhead's and connectors which they feel will have a number of significant advantages over existing 'slip and seal' and 'mandrel hanger' wellhead technologies.

The companies unique technology has been used by some of the largest oil and gas major's in the world and continue to encounter significant growth coming into 2012.

THE ROLE:
Management of nonconformity reporting systems
Produce project Quality Plans and ensure all requirements are met
Provide technical QC support

Core duties
Continuous Improvement:
Controlling Product Nonconformities (NCR):
Review and investigate NCR against design specification / customer requirements
Identify and evaluate corrective actions for final engineering approval

Processing Supplier Deviation Requests (SDR):
Review and investigate SDR against design specification / customer requirements

Field / Product Performance Reporting (FPPR):
Review FPPR form for accuracy and collate all data to perform a full investigation
Liase with all relevant parties to identify issues and define corrective action
Compile fully structured and comprehensive report appropriate for submission to the customer
