ENGINEERING JOBS
My Aberdeen based client is looking to bring on a Well Operations and Integrity Engineer on a staff basis. The overall purpose of this role is to prepare well intervention and completion programmes in accordance with the client well delivery process.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare work programmes for designated client well operations
- Reporting on performance
- Liaise and provide support to rig team
- Liaise with sub-contractor operational personnel
- Gap analysis
- Ensure materials, equipment and services are expedited
- Manage equipment and material inventories
- Coordinate the resources necessary for the planned well operations
- Involvement in well planning meetings
- Manage the quality of the operations
- Ensure the correct compilation, recording, maintenance and transfer of well operations data
Requirements:
- Experience with well operations in a well servicing discipline e.g. Coiled Tubing, DST, Workover Ops, Well Test, Wireline or Platform Operations
- Technical knowledge of Completions, Workovers, Coiled Tubing, Electric Line or Slickline work
- Experience of Well Integrity Management systems would be a bonus
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
The salary for this role is dependent on the experience of the candidate, with a wide range of experience levels being considered.
