1. Civil Engineer
Mandatory:
• S1 degree in Civil Engineering.
• Advance knowledge and skill in structural steel calculation.
• Able to operate certain Structural Steel design software (SACS, SAP, STAAD PRO).
• Applied knowledge and skill of civil engineering design and calculation (drainage, road, building, earthwork).
• Applied knowledge of Project Management.
• Structural steel design (3-years) experience.
• Structural steel design & construction as Discipline/Design Engineer (3-years).
• General civil design (road, drainage, slope stabilization, hydro) experience.
• Ms office, Ms Project, Fluent in English.
Advantages:
• Familiar with AISC, ASTM, ANSI, ACI.
• Applied knowledge and skill of lifting, rigging, and scaffolding.
2. Geodetic Engineer
Mandatory:
• S1 degree in Geodetical Engineering.
• Applied knowledge in soil and geodetical engineering.
• Applied knowledge in Geodetical investigation method.
• Applied knowledge in Survey engineering.
• Project engineer for soil engineering & geodetic projects, 2 years.
• Design/discipline engineer for soil engineering & geodetic projects, 4 years.
• Microsoft office, Ms Project, Fluent in English, writen and spoken.
Advantages:
• Soil engineering and geodetic modeling software.
• Applied knowledge of Project Management.
3. Rotating Equipment Engineer
Mandatory:
• S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of pump, compressor, turbine, power transmission system.
• Applied knowledge of bearing, lubrication, gearing, and rotating vane/blade basic design and application.
• 2 years as rotating engineer at Oil & Gas or other Industry.
• Ms Office, fluent in English.
Advantages:
• Understand the basic theory of vibration.
• Understand the concept of vibration monitoring.
• Familiar with vibration measurement & spectrum.
• Basic knowledge of balancing and alignment.
• Familiar with international standard for vibration.
• 2 years in rotating equipment trouble shooting.
• Experience in predictive maintenance system and vibration monitoring system.
• Familiarity with digital vibration measurement and analysis will be an advantage.
4. Electrical Engineer
Mandatory:
• S1 degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Applied knowledge and skill of high voltage power transmission & distribution design, selection, and construction/installation.
• Applied skill & knowledge in designing, selecting, and installing electrical system protection device.
• Advance knowledge in understanding single line diagram.
• 2 years in design, selection, and installation of power supply system, power distribution system, and protection system.
• Ms office, Ms Project, Fluent in English.
Advantages:
• Basic knowledge of Safety & Environment (LOTO, permit system, lifting, rigging, scaffolding, fire protection, hydrocarbon management, etc).
• Basic knowledge in lightning protection system.
• Applied understanding of PFD and P&ID.
• Applied knowledge and skill in designing and selecting motor and generator.
• Basic knowledge of instrument device and system.
• Familiar with PUIL, ANSI, NEMA, and other international Electrical Engineering Standard.
• Applied Project Management knowledge.
• 2 years in leading an electrical work project as project engineer.
• Design and installation of instrumentation system experience.
5. Supervisor - Electrical & Instrumentation
Mandatory:
• SMA or STM.
• 10 years in Electrical & Instrumentation Construction and installation.
• 3 years role as Supervisor.
• Understand work method and preparation for general electrical & Instrumentation construction and installation e.g: cable routin, electrical & Instrumentation devices installation etc.
• Familiar with classification of major electrical & instrumentation materials, tools, testing, consumable etc to be used in performing works.
• Understand standard in constructing & Insatalllation general electrical & Instrumentation works.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings e;g: cable layout, equipment layout, wiring diagram, single line diagram etc.
• Able to prepare and implement JSA, LOTO, permits and other safety precaution in performing works.
• Able to communicate in English both written.
• MS Office.
Advantages:
• Proven in Contractors Management in Oil or Gas or Geothermal Industry.
6. Engineering Technician – Plant Engineering (Mechanical)
Mandatory:
• D3 in mechanical engineering.
• Basic knowledge of process piping design.
• Basic knowledge of materials and machine elements.
• Min. 2 years as technician for piping system, rotating equipment system, general mechanical transmission.
• Able to interpret pump curve.
• Ms Office, Ms Project, skill in English, both written and spoken.
Advantages:
• 1 years experience in design/drafting.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic calculation & thermodynamic.
• Understand PFD and P&ID.
• Basic knowledge of pipe stress analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Safety & Environment (LOTO, permit system).
• Familiar with API, ANSI, ASTM, ASME.
• Skill in pipe stress analysis using Caesar.
7. Engineering Technician – Engineering & Construction
Mandatory:
• D3 in mechanical/electrical/civil/chemical engineering.
• Basic knowledge of process piping design/civil design/electrical/ instrumentation/ civil/proses.
• Basic knowledge of materials, machine elements/foundation/structure/earth work/ wiring etc.
• Applied knowledge of lifting and rigging.
• Applied knowledge of piping fabrication and installation activities.
• Applied knowledge in developing Hazard Analysis, Job Safety Analysis.
• Applied knowledge of Safety & Environment (LOTO, permit system, lifting, rigging).
• Basic knowledge and skill in scaffolding.
• 2 years in construction activity.
• Ms Office, Ms Project, skill in English, both written and spoken.
Advantages:
• Basic knowledge of pipe stress analysis.
• Understand PFD and P&ID.
• Familiar with OSHA and NOSHA, Kepmen 555.
• Certificates of safety training.
• 1 years experience as safety officer.
8. Senior Drafter - Piping & Mechanical
Mandatory:
• Technical High School or Senior High School.
• 10 years experience as drafter mechanical & piping.
• Understand PFD and P&ID.
• Able to produced Mechanical & Piping drawings such as: piping & equipment layout, isometric etc.
• Familiar with mechanical & Piping standard i.e: ANSI etc.
• Able to develop Bill of Materials based on produced drawings.
• Able to apply Safety in Design for drawings produced.
• Advance in operating CAD 2007 or latest.
• Ms Office, skill in simple English both written and spoken.
Advantages:
• Experience as drafters in oil or gas or Geothermal Industry.
9. Drafter - Piping & Mechanical
Mandatory:
• Technical High School or Senior High School.
• 5 years experience as drafter mechanical & piping.
• Understand PFD and P&ID.
• Able to produced Mechanical & Piping drawings such as: piping & equipment layout, isometric etc.
• Familiar with mechanical & Piping standard i.e: ANSI etc.
• Able to develop Bill of Materials based on produced drawings.
• Able to apply Safety in Design for drawings produced.
• Advance in operating CAD 2007 or latest.
• Ms Office, skill in simple English both written and spoken.
Advantages:
• Experience as drafters in oil or gas or Geothermal Industry.
10. Senior Drafter - Electrical & Instrumentation
Mandatory:
• Technical High School or Senior High School.
• 10 years experience as drafter electrical & Instrumentation.
• Understand PFD and P&ID.
• Able to produced Electrical & instrumentation drawings such as: Area Classification, Single Line Diagram, Loop Diagram, Wiring Diagram, Detail Connection, Cable Routing etc.
• Familiar with Electrical & Instrumentation standard i.e: IEC, ISA etc.
• Able to develop Bill of Materials based on produced drawings.
• Able to apply Safety in Design for drawings produced.
• Advance in operating CAD 2007 or latest.
• Ms Office, skill in simple English both written and spoken.
