ENGINEERING JOBS
Our client (in providing Construction and Engineering Services for the Mining, Oil & Gas, and Building Industries). The position will be based in Jakarta but will require some local and international travel.
Responsibilities :
Design and development of PLC and HMI/SCADA systems based on project requirements.
Design of Networks, and Hardware for such systems including layout and termination diagrams.
Design PLC Panel Design Drawings including layout and termination diagrams.
Develop PLC I/O Listings from P&ID Drawings and Control Descriptions.
Develop Control Philosophy Documents from P&ID Drawings and Control Descriptions.
Develop PLC / SCADA system user operational manuals after completion
Programming and Configuration of PLC's. Siemens - S5, S7300, S7400 / Allen Bradley - SLC500, Control Logix / Modicon – Quantum / GE Fanuc / Other Brands will also be of advantage
Programming and Configuration of HMI / SCADA packages. Siemens - WinCC / Rockwell – RSView / Wonderware InTouch / Other Brands will also be of advantage
Installation and Commissioning of such systems at remote project locations.
System user training to Client representatives at remote project locations.
General Qualifications
Min. five years previous experience in PLC programming and development with any of the above listed PLC brands.
Min. five years previous experience in Programming and development HMI/SCADA any of the above listed PLC brands.
