Production Operator / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Trainer

Qualifications:
- A recognized qualification such as a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required
- At least 10 (ten) years experience as an electrical technician /senior technician in oil and gas field electrical maintenance preferably in the Middle East
- Minimum of 5 (five) years experience delivering on and off job competence based training in an offshore or preferably onshore oil/gas operations environment
- Exposure to and experience in training and assessment within a defined competence framework
- An accredited qualification as an assessor in workplace assessment such as an NVQ A1 would be viewed favorably as would formal training as a trainer
- Proven ability in planning and delivering competence based training; writing and working with flexible delivery formats and modes; assessment of competence in underpinning knowledge and skills based training; workplace assessment, gap analysis and gap closure
- Well developed English language communication skills and proven ability to transfer knowledge and skills to technicians and trainees who use English as a second language
- Well developed IT skills with particular experience in the use of MS Office packages Word, Excel and PowerPoint

COORDINATOR - OIL
Qualifications:
- BSc in Petroleum Engineering or Equivalent
- 10 -12 years of experience in Production Engineering (prefer in Oil & Gas )
- Good knowledge and experience in drilling operations, oil/gas operations, and reservoir engineering
- Should have leadership skills and be able to work with teams.
- Communicates well in spoken/written English
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of Windows, MS Office and other appropriate programs

Qualifications:
- High National diploma (HND) or Associated Diploma in instrumentation and Control or equivalent
- 10 years experience in the repair of pneumatic instrumentation (prefer in oil & gas)

- Computer literate
- Good knowledge in instrumentation and control

CREDO/RBI COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
1. Have a minimum of university BSc degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering from a recognized university.
2. Have 10 years experience as an Inspection / Corrosion Engineer (as detailed above) in the Oil & Gas industry.
3. Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
4. Must have excellent hands on experience in implementing and operating "CREDO" Inspection Management System
5. Must have excellent experience in developing and operating Risk Based Inspection methodology in oil and gas
6. Must display clear thinking, logical reasoning and sound judgment
7. Must be able to work on various types of small and complex projects at the same time and be physically capable of moderately strenuous work in an oil field desert environment.
8. Must have the knowledge of the industry standards and regulations with regards to RBI (including API RP 571 & 580), quality and safety.
9. Must have certification on one or more of the following – API-510, API-570, API-653
10. Must have awareness about environment protection.

MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Higher National Diploma or Associated Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a reputable educational institution. A BSc Degree would be advantageous.
- Completion of Secondary (Technical) education (12 years).
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the maintenance and overhaul of mechanical equipment, especially Process Static and Rotary Equipment such as all varieties of Process Valves, Traps, Pumping Units, Process Pumps, Gas Turbines, Compressors, Stand By Generators , Boilers, Process piping ,Tanks, Scrubber, Vessel and & other related equipment in oil & gas fields.(prefer in oil & gas)
- Good knowledge of Spoken & Written English.
- Computer Literate, with good knowledge in desk top applications and computerized maintenance management systems, preferably "MAXIMO" System.
- Must be able to understand technical drawings, manuals, literature and instructions in English and must be able to present brief technical reports arising from his work.
- Must possess mathematical abilities relevant to his job content.
- Must have a Bahrain Driving License or Equivalent.

RESERVOIR ENGINEERING ADVISOR
Qualifications:
- B.S. or higher Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
- Advanced knowledge of discipline technical theory and mastery of software systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in reservoir flow simulation using Exlipse, VIP, or others.
- Working knowledge of 3D geologic models (Petrel, etc.) as input to simulation.
- Proven success identifying and executing value-added projects.
- Knowledge of reservoir engineering concepts and applications.
- Knowledge of economic evaluation and business financial metrics.
- Effective in a multi-discipline team environment
- creative and collaborative in problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to perform advanced analysis of complex technical data to efficiently solve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex issues within other disciplines and incorporate into analyses.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, justify and implement actionable recommendations.

CORROSION ENGINEER(Coating Specialist)
Qualifications:
1. Have a minimum of university BSc degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering from a recognized university.
2. Have at least 10 years experience in Industrial Coatings & Corrosion Control (as detailed above) in the Oil & Gas industry.
3. Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
4. Must display clear thinking, logical reasoning and sound judgment
5. Must be able to work on various types of small and complex projects at the same time and be physically capable of moderately strenuous work in an oil field desert environment.
6. Must have the knowledge of the industry standards and regulations with regards to coatings, quality and safety.
7. Must have coatings inspector certification eg NACE CIP-Level 2, BGAS-CSWIP
8. Must have awareness about environment protection.
9. Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software (particularly Word and Excel)
10. Effective in working with engineering, FMT personnel, PMT personnel, various specialists (reliability, electrical, automation, etc.), material alliance partners, other vendors, and construction contractor
11. Knowledgeable and skilled at estimating labor costs, negotiating cost basis for contracted work, controlling labor costs within budget

Required Project Participation:
General
- Participates in project team meetings
- Communicates with project manager and other team members in an effective and timely manner on all appropriate issues
- Participates in on-going operator training throughout the project (takes an active interest in seeing that personnel who will eventually operate the new equipment understand how and why the equipment is installed in a certain manner)
Pre-construction Activities:
- Participates in design of facility, particularly in relation to "constructability" issues
- Assists project manager in assembling project work breakdown structure (WBS) for project control and for SAP utilization
- Participates in AFE cost estimating and construction work-package budgeting
- Participates in generation of project implementation schedule
- Participates in generation of plot plan, civil/structural, and piping drawings for on-site construction
- Participates in process hazards analyses (PHA's)
- Participates in assembling material take-offs for material to be installed on-site
- Works with materials alliance partner to procure all bulk materials for on-site installation
- Works with project manager to select on-site contractor(s)
- Works with project manager to select on-site and off-site inspectors (if necessary)
- Works with SHER group to identify and obtain all necessary environmental and safety construction permits
- Works with SHER group and Altura electrical/automation personnel to develop a project specific safety plan for on-site construction activities
Construction Activities :
- Coordinates and participates in the inspection of off-site fabrication
- Plans and supervises all on-site construction activities
- Maintains presence at construction site during all construction activities or arrange for adequate construction supervisory coverage when unable to be on site
- Provides adequate inventory and warehousing of all materials used in on-site construction activities.
- Reviews and processes contractor work tickets and invoices
- Works with SHER group on all safety issues and reporting required during this project
- Tracks and controls cost and schedule for on-site construction activities. Reports progress and variances to project manager in a timely manner
- Works with field operations personnel to identify buried pipelines and utilities within the proposed construction area. Moves or reroutes as necessary
- Plans and supervises initial and final site work to obtain adequate drainage, spill containment, dust control, security, safety, etc.
- Communicates daily with plant and field operations personnel to coordinate ongoing operations activities with construction activities (with emphasis on safety)
