Recruitment Consultant for OIL & GAS Sector Jakarta Raya


Responsibilities:
  • HR generalist or recruitment / talent management specialist
  • Collate, review and analyze talent’s performance-potential data.
  • Experience in executive search, headhunting and database search for more than one year in the similar industry.
  • Developing and updating job descriptions & organizational chart
  • Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Preparing periodical progress reports on recruitment
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Psychology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Law or equivalent.
  • Male / Female, age of max 35 years old
  • Must have experience At least 1 - 5 years working with Oil & Gas
  • High responsibility, hard work and good motivation.
  • Have an excellent interpersonal relationship, as well as team working
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
