Progressive Global Energy have been assigned with the role of sourcing a talented and experienced HSE Team Leader
The Company Premier Oil plc is a leading international exploration and production company, headquartered in London and operating in the North Sea
They are a rapidly growing organization, with new assets on-stream. The company´s exploration drilling and development focus now turns to their activities in the North Sea.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as principal HSEQ point of contact on behalf of the Division, ensuring the relationship is effective, enhances the company & Divisional reputation
Analyze company & clients´ HSEQ statistics & trends & advise on remedial actions
Promote reporting & communication systems that will stimulate Divisional HSEQ culture, & encourage best practice
Monitor & review HSEQ policies & practices so as to ensure compliance & alignment with statutory & company requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 5 years experience as an Oil & Gas industry HSE professional including offshore experience and knowledge of marine, well intervention and diving activities.
NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level IV OSH
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
ISM Lead Auditor
ISO 14001 Auditor
Incident Investigation Team Leader (e.g. Tap Root, Topset etc)
