My Tulsa based client is looking to bring on a Sr.Operations Engineer on a staff basis. The overall purpose of this role is to optimize production, and help with the start up of a new office in Tulsa.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare work programmes for designated client well operations
- Reporting on performance
- Workovers
- Liaise with sub-contractor operational personnel
- Nodal analysis
- Ensure materials, equipment and services are expedited
- Artificial Lift
- Coordinate the resources necessary for the planned well operations
- Involvement in well planning meetings
- Manage the quality of the operations
- Solid understanding of completions/ Reservoir/ production
Requirements:

- Experience with well operations in a well servicing discipline e.g. Coiled Tubing, DST, Workover Ops, Well Test, Wireline or Platform Operations
- Technical knowledge of Completions, Workovers, Coiled Tubing, Electric Line or Slickline work
- experience with Mid continent assets
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
