ENGINEERING JOBS
Role:
·Direct personnel in the compliance with QHSSE system, policies, standards, procedures, initiatives and best industry practices in the region
·Establish priorities and manages available QHSSE resources to provide equatorial compliance in support of business requirements
·Oversee the implementation of changes in QHSSE expectations (policies, standards, procedures, etc.)
·Lead the development of QHSSE systems, documentation and training materials.
·Administer budgetry and personnel administrative duties within the area of responsibility
·Develop professional, technical, and leadership skills in staff in support of the achievement of Champion QHSSE and business expectations.
·Conduct and review risk and COSHH assessments, identify activities and analyse operational environmental aspects/impacts
·Implements the QHSSE systems relevant to ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 standards.
·Monitors location and regional QHSSE annual goals & objectives
·Ensures legal compliance at all locations relevant to national regulations.
·Conduct accidents/incident ,near misses investigation, monitoring and tracking of corrective and preventative actions
·Elaborate and manage region QHSSE KPIs with periodic and schedule auditing and assessment of QHSSE performance
·Communicate and liaise with managers on all QHSSE related matters.
Key Skills:
-Min. 2-3 years QHSE regional management experience
-Degree holder
-Chemical/Oil & Gas background preferred
