Summary of Job / Qualification :

• Experienced as a Project Engineer with 5 years plus experience and 10 years plus preferred in construction related experience in civil, piping & mechanical projects; demonstrated planning and leadership skills; Experience in working with multidiscipline teams; Previous supervision experience is required
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractor activities, including but not limited to budgeting, cost and schedule oversight, contract development and administration, technical assurance, change management and resource loading
• Knowledge and experience in Project Management including all aspects of planning and tracking
• Knowledge and experience in engineering (civil piping and mechanical), contracting, procurement and quality assurance processes as it relates to construction of both greenfield and brownfield facilities
• Knowledge and experience in typical international oil and gas onshore construction practices for excavation and trenching, scaffolding, lifting, welding (piping and vessels) erection (tanks/ vessels) and coating
• Knowledge and experience in utilizing typical oilfield standards including ASME Pressure Vessel Code, API 610, 650, 653, API 31.3, 31.4, 31.8
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in resource planning/ loading and project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in both constructability and safety reviews
• Knowledge and experience in utilization of international safety standards such as OSHA, NEC as a supplement to GOI regulations
• Good computer skills
• Capable of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint; Demonstrated moderate english reading and writing skills; Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
