SUBSEA - Operations Engineer (Code: S-OE)
Jakarta Raya
  Responsibilities:
  • Plans, manages & coordinates field activities
  • Acts as single point of contact for field activities with assigned Customer(s)
  • Maintains strong relation with customer technical & service personnel; frequent customer presentation
  • Consults & establishes working relationships with local & other site groups
  • Participates as a fully contributing member of a project of Aftermarket team; often leads projects or the solving of problems
  • Shares opinions, ideas, resources to achieve common goals, foster teamwork & collaboration, and builds trust
Requirements:
  • Specific Requirements :
    • 5+ years of oil & gas experience with a comprehensive, specialized knowledge of Subsea system
    • Experience in offshore operations & onshore refurbishment and modifications
    • Strong understanding of opportunities and limitations of all phase of field developments & projects
    • Strong analytical skill
    • Strong interpersonal skill
  • General Requirements :
    • Proficiency in English, both oral and written
    • Computer literate and its related software
    • High motivation to enforce quality standards
    • Ability to work under minimal supervision
    • A team player with the ability to work effectively with others to accomplish job objectives
