Responsibilities:
- Performed staff recruitment and labor supply management and training needs analysis
- Preserve performance management system cycles
- Supervise a team to effectively manage general affairs activities
- Maintain regulation of industrial relation related
- Liaison workforce planning initiatives with corporate HR strategies
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Age 28 – 32 year old
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR department,
- Having people development skill is an advantage
- Integrity and trustworthy is a must
