An established company engaged in fabrication for offshore Oil & Gas industry. We invite highly motivated and competent individuals to join us for the following position
PROJECT ENGINEER (BASED IN BATAM) Batam (Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
- Accountable for timely completion of projects.
- Requires extensive regular contact with assigned project Clients.
- Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
- Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and management project issues
- Able to prepare MTO independently for skid packages, module and Vessel piping with assistance from Engineering Team.
- Prepare costing and proposal, and RFQ to supplier.
Requirements:
- All applicants should be Graduate Engineers preferably in Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas fabrication
- Preferable from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam
- Willing to work in a fabrication/construction environment
- Interview will be conducted in Batam
DRAFTER (BASED IN BATAM) Batam (Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:
- Capable in using AutoCad to produce detail drawings, fabrication drawings for engineering or fabrication personnel.
- Able to read and understand engineering drawing and structural specification.
- Understand all welding process for fabrication
Requirements:
- Well versed with AutoCAD is compulsory
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in O&G offshore project such as FPSO, Structure, Pressure Vessel, Skid package, etc.
- Preferably from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam
- Willing to work in a fabrication/construction environment
- Interview will be conducted in Batam
Production Planning Controller (Based in Batam) Batam (Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:
- Perform planning, scheduling, sub-contracting and execution which includes acquiring of resources needed for on-time delivery.
- Plan the flow of material and work order for respective jobs.
- Working with Purchasing and Warehouse to utilize existing materials / inventory.
- Prepare weekly production planning reports, work order report and monthly report.
- Raise & monitor the status of Purchase Requisition to facilitate production and material usage.
- Prepare costing reports for work orders when requested by Operation or Project Managers.
- Follow up closely with production department, sales department, and engineering team
Requirements:
