We are currently looking for a qualified candidate for the following position.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Description Of Function :
- Develop and overseeing the production process, looking for ways to improve efficiency by drawing up a production schedule.
- Plan, manage, implement and improve the learning developments and ensuring production cost is effective.
- Track competencies of subordinates, provide leadership and developments are required to achieve the objectives.
- To prepare weekly schedule & manpower requirement in conjunction with production planning, inventory control and marketing requirements.
- To ensure that all GPM & all ISO policies & procedures are followed.
- Responsible for full spectrum of Production functions.
Essential Skills :
- Degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- With minimum 10 year experience in production in the Oil and Gas Industry and/or Engineering Construction/Fabrication
- Conversant with local and international Codes and Standards
- Ability to create & manage production budgets
- Planning & leadership skill
- Strong managerial ability
