ENGINEERING JOBS
Progressive Global Energy has been tasked with sourcing several experienced Fluid/Mud Engineers for staff positions. These roles are to work a 2/2 rotation offshore in the North Sea.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision of wellsite service to customers
- Using knowledge of product and services with your experience in drilling fluid technology to optimize service quality
- Perform chemical and physical testing of drilling and completion fluids
- Communicate recommendations and potential issues to well site personnel
- Ensure the well is supplied with products and services in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Complete post-well evaluation reports
Required:
- Completion of undergraduate degree or equivalent
- Proven track record of running drilling fluids in an offshore environment
- North Sea experience is preferred but not essential
- Any experience of HPHT drilling fluids is beneficial
The salary and offshore rate is dependent on the level of experience of the candidate.
