 Engineering Manager
Jakarta Raya 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the effective design effort and coordination of the Consultant's discipline engineering professionals, and shall ensure that all designs comply with the requirements of the project; that all project is efficiently and effectively executed in accordance with the criteria, specifications and standards herein listed; and that the designs comply with safe and reasonable standards as accepted within the offshore oil and gas industry.
  • Function as the alternate to the Project Manager in the event of the Project Manager absence during the engineering and procurement stages
Requirements:
  • The candidates minimum must have bachelor degree (S1) in an engineering related field, an advanced degree in engineering or business is desirable, 12 (twelve) years of facilities/project engineering experience, including at least 5 (five) years of offshore oil and gas facility design, and/or construction experience, of which the Engineering Manager shall have been in responsible charge of the design of at least 1 (one) offshore EPC project essentially similar in scope to that contemplated under the contract.
  • The candidates must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal, superior planning and organizational ability. International experience in Project Management, especially in Indonesia is desirable.

Sr. Commissioning Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Initial formulating/implementation of all pre-commissioning and commissioning plans to liaising with and supervising the contractors/suppliers, workers and staff in handling all activities including procedure write-up and documentation submission.
  • As part of a multi-discipline team, assist with delivery of commissioning procedures, completion and commissioning check sheets, handover procedures and certification management and punch list procedures.
  • Supervise, commissioning of project systems, assist with compilation, sign-off and handover of certification packs to platform operations team.
  • Provide the project team with an accurate assessment of the commissioning requirements and status to ensure subsequent decisions are well founded.
  • Ensure necessary HSE reviews ore undertaken and identified actions completed.
  • Ensure all commissioning related works for the facilities are in accordance with project specifications and making sure they are maintained in order to safeguard technical integrity.
  • Participate in technical reviews for QA/QC and engineering works.
  • Ensure all necessary permits, licenses and other compliance requirements are in place prior to commencement of any commissioning activities.
  • Endorse discipline specific formal Handover documents from contractors/suppliers at pre-commissioning completion stage confirming their acceptability
Requirements:
  • The candidates minimum must have at least a bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering
  • The candidates must have at least 10 (ten) years experience in executing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for oil and gas, and marine projects.
  • The candidates must have good technical, communication and supervisory skills, proactive approach to decision making, organizational ability in a multi- interface /technically demanding environment.
  • The candidates must have knowledge and understanding of PFD and P and ID is required. An eye for effective and efficient commissioning engineering practices.
  • The candidates must have a good understanding of all applicable codes, standards and specifications.

Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Design the oil and gas production Facilities for offshore installation.
  • Responsible for mechanical and process design including selecting and specifying appropriate vessels, valves and piping systems for the Facilities. The systems must be designed, fabricated, and tested in accordance with the codes and standards issued by the following organizations:
    • American Petroleum lnstitute (API),
    • American National Standards lnstitute (ANSI),
    • Instrument Society of American (ISA),
    • American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and
    • National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE)
Requirements:
  • The candidates minimum must have bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical, Process, Chemical or Petroleum Engineering, at least 5 (five) years applicable experience in the design and construction of offshore oil and gas production platforms and at least 8 (eight) years total process design experience.
  • The candidates must have a working knowledge of the codes and standards listed above and must have been the principal engineer responsible for the design of more than one other project with similar process systems.
  • The candidates must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.
  • Immediate availability is the most preferred candidate.

Commissioning Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to assist Sr. Commissioning Engineer to initial formulating/implementation of all pre-commissioning and commissioning plans to liaising with and supervising the contractors/suppliers, workers and staff in handling all activities including procedure write-up and documentation submission.

    Sr. Offshore Field Engineer

    Responsibilities:
    • Provides technical support to the Offshore Construction Superintendent and assists him with project planning and scheduling.
    • Reviews the technical aspects of the installation procedures and methods to assure that they comply with and satisfy the requirements of the codes, standards, specifications and drawings; and he assists with interpretation ,of those documents as required.
    • Performs engineering calculations and minor redesigns as required to resolve field questions and design problems.
    • Responsible for collecting the relevant data and compiling the project documentation (e.g. as-built drawings, pipe tallies, pile driving records, extra work records, survey records, transfer documents, etc.) required by the contract
    Requirements:
    • The candidates minimum possess at least a bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical, Civil or Marine Engineering.
    • The candidates must have at least 8 (eight) years of project engineering experience on offshore oil and gas facilities including at least 2 (two) years experience working offshore as a construction/field engineer on projects essentially similar in scope to that contemplated under the contract.
    • The candidates must have a good understanding of all applicable codes, standards and specifications.
    • The candidates must have excellent engineering, interpersonal, planning and scheduling skills as well as superior written and oral communication abilities.
    • The highly desirable candidates if he/she shall have international project experience, especially within Indonesia.

    Offshore Field Engineer

    Responsibilities:
    • Provides technical support to Sr. Offshore Field Engineer and assists him with project planning and scheduling.
    • Assist Sr. Offshore Field Engineer to reviews the technical aspects of the installation procedures and methods to assure that they comply with and satisfy the requirements of the codes, standards, specifications and drawings.

    Requirements:

    Senior Pipeline Engineer

    Requirements:
    • The candidates minimum must have at least a bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical, or Gas & Petrochemical Engineering.
    • The candidates minimum must have at least 10 (ten) years of applicable experience in the design of offshore oil and gas subsea pipeline systems, including three (3) years experience in FEED.
    • For this title, bachelor degree (S1) or HND is preferable.
    • The candidates must have a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards and must have been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis, and review of more than one other project with similar offshore facilities and Pipeline systems.
    • The candidates must have working knowledge in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs
