ENGINEERING JOBS
We are looking for the following Lead Design Engineers (Oil and gas)- Minimum 10 yrs-15 yrs experience for Malaysia (PERMANENT POSITION) .
a) Familiar with EN and API codes/standards for the design of storage tanks (atmospheric and low pressure)
b) Able to spearhead a group of engineers and drafting personnel to produce tankage fabrication drawings
c) Able to decide what tank configuration with regards to type of roofs, tank materials, tank weights etc.
d) Able to do conceptual pre FEED/basic engineering in coming up with typical bill of quantities for tanks.
e) Able to do typical tank terminal layouts based on NFPA codes
f) Able to do basic engineering and detailed engineering for the storage tanks
Utilities System Engineer
a) Familiar with NFPA, API and ASME codes for fire fighting, service water, waste water and utilities supply
b) Able to head a group of young engineers to perform conceptual studies as well as basic engineering for utilities flow systems
c) Able to specify fire fighting equipment like fire water pumps, sprinkler system as well as other types of fire suppression/extinguisher system for tank terminals, hot oil bolier system, steam (high pressure and medium pressure steam system), compressed air and service water, waste water treatment philosophies
d) Able to produce technical specifications to suit client and end user requirements
e) Able to estimate utility consumption for various end user requirements
f) Able to do bill of materials/quantities for the entire system as well as package equipment

1) Instrumentation. Should be capable of performing the Systems design, conceptualization and have worked in developing the Basic engineering.
2) Process Engineer: Chemical engineer with working experience in developing the utilities. Exposure in Aspen plus is essential.
3) Electrical engineer: Should have worked in developing the load list, SLD, Electrical simulations using ETAP software.
4) Tankages: Mechanical Engineer with exposure in sizing and familiar with API codes and requirements.
5) Mechanical engineer: Experience in static equipment design and engineering. Knowledge in ASME & TEMA codes & standards.
6) Civil & Structural: Shall have design & engineering exposure in RCC & Steel structures, U/G services Shall be expert in STAAD Pro.

JD For some specific categories:-
Rotating Engineer
a) Familiar with ISO, ASME and API codes for rotating equipment
b) Able to work independently
c) Able to do initial conceptual deliberation on type of pumps suitable for the various products
d) Able to specify the rotating equipment and perform mechanical data sheet preparation
e) Able to decide what types of rotating equipment is suitable for pumping products
f) Generate technical specifications
g) Perform technical bid analysis and bid clarifications with pump vendors
h) Expedite and control vendors during execution stage
i) Trouble shooting, Commissioning and testing of rotating equipment on site
