PT. AMEC Berca Indonesia (ABI) is a multi-national company providing engineering & asset support services to the Indonesian oil and gas industry. ABI plans to expand to other market segments and develop into EPC Company. Now, the company is seeking high qualified candidates to strengthen our team.
URGENTLY REQUIRED
1.Business Development Manager
Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor degree or higher in an appropriate field of study from reputable university .
· Minimum 7-10 years of Oil & Gas Project Engineering
· Must have professional experience in multi-discipline engineering for the Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical sector
· Must have experience in EPC contracts within the Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical sectors (offshore and onshore)
· Must have high networking skills
· Must have good management skills
His/Her Corporate responsibilities include implementation of the company’s long, medium and short-range plans, objectives and targets within company’s Business Development department; input to the company’s business plans; development and management of the company’s marketing plan; development and management of strategic relationships with clients and third parties in line with the company’s business framework; liaising with senior management and business stream heads to promote and develop opportunities and prospects; internal marketing and networking with AMEC’s Business Development and Commercial global communities; and participation in regular UK-based Business Development workshops.
Functional responsibilities include environmental scanning and reporting on local and regional developments in the oil and gas industry; management of marketing activities including trade shows and exhibitions, corporate sponsorship, social activities and community relations, and corporate publications; management and delivery of pre-qualification submissions, technical and commercial proposals through the formation and management of bid teams during proposal preparation and submission; presentation and approval of opportunities to AMEC’s internal Commercial Review Board; smooth closeout of bids following award or rejection; and management of customer satisfaction issues during pre-contract and post-contract stages of the project.
2.PROJECT MANAGER
General Requirement :
· Minimum bachelor degree of any engineering background
· Minimum 10 years of multi-disciplinarily design engineering experience in the oil & gas industry, encompassing conceptual designs and FEED through to detailed design and brown field engineering modifications
· Experience team leader with a proven track record of performance improvement
· Excellent communication in both written and spoken in Bahasa Indonesia and English
The key purpose of the role is to continually improve the project management in terms of:
· Efficient and effective allocation of resources to projects to meet the schedule requirements of customers
· Preparing and implementing project strategic/ execution plan and control (e.g. planning and scheduling, cost/ change control, progress measurement and reporting status, etc.)
· Coordinating and conducting review of the project with the engineering team and CLIENT on a timely basis to ensure proper coordination
· Monitoring and controlling Engineering Change Control
· Monitoring CLIENT feedbacks/ complaints and ensures that action has been taken in timely and effective manner
· Tracking and directing the preventive and corrective action process and follow up activities
· Coordination and planning, organizing and directing the activities of Discipline Leader
· Coordination of interface between disciplines
· Assigning priorities to Discipline Leaders
· Acting as ‘owner’ of the Engineering Function in the ISO 9001:2000 certified management system.
· Ensuring consistent application of the ISO 9001:2000 certified management system.
· Developing and implementing appropriate design methodologies to ensure that “best practice” is used throughout the design in accordance with AMEC OG design practice and customer requirements.
· Standardization and consistent implementation of “best practice” across the engineering team.
· Ensuring that the relevant design codes, standards and methods are consistently applied.
· Applying management leadership, commitment and behaviour towards SHEQ
· To ensure safe working practices are applied by all Engineering personnel
