-male/female max 30 years old
-S1 preferably from industrial engineering with min gpa 2.8
-understands flow of process in fabrication works
-have good knowledge in kaizen activities
-2-5 years experience in steel str fabrication or construction project
-good in English and computer
-young,energic,fast learner and good health
