PT. PROSYS BANGUN PERSADA, a leading Engineering and Project Management Consultant in EPC of Oil & Gas, Energy, Chemical, Industry and Infrastructure, Finance & Banking, Telecommunication, and Properties is currently searching for highly qualified candidates for the following positions:
Project Manager/Team Leader ( 1 person ) :
Requirements :
· The candidates must have at least 20 years of widely diversified experience in design, coordination, project, and engineering management, and at least Master of Engineering ( either from formal or non formal education or by experience ), at least bachelor degree ( S1 ) in Engineering from a reputable university
· The candidates must have project management professional (PMP) certification and preferably understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM).
· The candidates must have wide range of experience in industrial project area.
· The candidates have substantial experience of PCM engineering projects, including managing multi discipline design activities with international EPC contractors.
· The candidates must have good communication skills ( written and oral ) in Bahasa Indonesia and English, demonstrated through client interaction, supervision, proposals and presentations.
· The candidates must have good negotiation skills with Clients and Contractors through engineering and construction phases of the project and a good leadership and team building capability.
Civil Engineers ( 2 persons ) :
Requirements :
· The candidates must have at least bachelor degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
· The candidates minimum have 10 years of widely within industrial construction project area.
· The candidates have substantial experience of PCM engineering projects, including managing multi discipline design activities with international EPC contractors.
· The candidates must have good communication skills ( written and oral ) in Bahasa Indonesia and English, demonstrated through client interaction and supervision and a good teamwork.
Process/Metallurgy Experts ( 2 persons, 1 expatriate, 1 national ) :
Requirements :
· The candidates must have at least bachelor degree (S1) in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering from a reputable university.
· The candidates minimum have 5 years of experience working with a mineral metallurgical processing plant design or operations.
· The candidates should have working knowledge with rotary dryer and rotary kiln, refining process, pyro-metallurgy, and electric smelting furnace.
· The candidates must have good communication skills and teamwork.
Mechanical Engineering Experts ( 2 persons, 1 expatriate, 1 local ) :
Requirements :
· The candidates must have at least bachelor degree (S1) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
· The candidates minimum have 10 years of experience in Mechanical or Process Design or Operations, especially in manufacturing facility and utilities operations including boilers, compressors, and condensers.
· The candidates have excellence project management skill, preferably in packaging the projects to subcontractors.
· PMP Certification is a plus
· Understand of PSM ( Process Safety Management ) is a plus
· The candidates must have good communication skills and teamwork.
Electrical Engineering Experts ( 2 persons ) :
Requirements :
· The candidates must have at least bachelor degree (S1) or master degree (S2) in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university. A licence as PE ( Professional Engineer ) is a plus.
· The candidates minimum have 10 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, designing electrical systems & specifying electrical equipment for heavy industrial plant EPC projects.
· The candidates have ability to read, understand and execute all electrical specifications drawings.
· The candidates have some experience in working for an EPC company that specializes in designing and constructing heavy industrial plants (power and process plants are preferred).
· The candidates have ability to review electrical installation drawing (one line diagram, electrical equipment location drawing, plan drawings, details, schematics, wiring diagram, etc) for compliance to International Standards. Any experience in the field during construction or startup would be a big plus.
· The candidates must have good communication skills and teamwork.
Control and Instrument Engineering Experts ( 2 persons, 1 expatriate, 1 local ) :
Requirements:
· The candidates must have at least bachelor degree (S1) in an Electrical or Physics Engineering from a reputable university.
· The candidates minimum have 10 years of experience as Instrument Engineers supporting large heavy industrial plants (gas refinery, process plant, etc) EPC projects.
· The candidates have to be proficient in sizing and specifying control valves from scratch, as well as metering and instrumentation devices.
· The candidates have some experience out on the construction site performing loop checks .
· The candidate having experience using Intergraph and Intools software are mostly preferred.
· The candidates must have good communication skills and teamwork.
QA/QC/HSE Engineering Experts ( QA/QC 2 persons, HSE 1 person ):
Requirements:
· The candidates must have at least bachelor degree (S1) in an Engineering/Technical field from a reputable university, having as a minimum 10 years of experience EPC projects.
· The candidates with master degree (S2) in an Engineering field are preferred along with 3 - 5 years related experience and some understanding of US and international regulations including 21 CFR, 820, 210, 211, and 11 , as well as ISO 13485: 2003.
· The candidates must be familiar with the FDA, ISO, MDD and company quality requirements associated with developing products in a regulated industry.
· The candidates must have excellence presentation and communication ( oral and written ) skills and have a good teamwork.
· The candidates must be familiar with Microsoft Office.
· The candidates with suite medical device experience are highly preferred.
Cost Estimator/Controller ( 1 person ) :
Requirements :
· The candidates must have at least bachelor degree (S1) in any field but preferably an Engineering field from reputable university.
· The candidates must have experience for more than 5 years of heavy industrial experience estimating on medium to large industrial construction projects.
The candidates must have experience dealing with subcontractors and general knowledge of construction principals/practices.
·The candidates must have experience with project development from inception to final installation and commissioning.
· The candidates must be able to utilize industry experience to develop cost estimates that are reflective of local market and project conditions.
·The candidates must be able to provide value analysis solution including cost/schedule implications, coordinate bid efforts, processing RFI`s, and interfacing between bidding community and design team members on negotiated projects.
· The candidates must have good communication skills and teamwork.
Planning and Schedulling Control ( 1 person ) :
Requirements:
· The candidates must have at least bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering or Science from a reputable university. · The candidates must have experience for more than 5 years of in Planning, Project Controls and Project and General Management Support Services.
· The candidates must have experience in oil and gas, petrochemical and process plants projects.
· The candidates must have solid customization and implementation experience with Primavera 6.
· The candidates must have good communication skills and teamwork.
Document Controller ( 1 person ):
Requirements:
· The candidates must have at least bachelor degree (S1) in Social Science/Business Administration or any field education from a reputable university.
· The candidates must have experience for more than 2 years as Document Controller in EPC project.
· The candidates must be expert with IT (LAN, Operation System, Database system), software (Ms. Office such as Ms. Word, Ms. Exel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Access), etc.
· The candidates must have good communication skills and teamwork.
