We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of:

I.   Project Secretary
·  Female, Min. Diploma in Secretarial or Bachelor Degree
·  At least 4 - 6 years of working experience in related position in EPC Company or Engineering Consultancy in Oil & Gas sector
·  Well groomed, good communication skill in English, meticulous, can work under pressure
·   Good knowledge in administrative process involved in Engineering & Procurement


II.  Document Controller
·  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
· At least 3-5 years of working experience as Document Controller on EPC projects
· Attention to detail, organizational skill,
· Proficient in the use of word processing systems & document
·  Knowledge in quality & document control procedures
·  Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
