PT Elnusa Tbk, a national pride world class company for total solution in Upstream Oil and Gas Services (see: www.elnusa.co.id) seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:
Unit Head of Maintenance
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:
  • To be able to supervise and Schedule the maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical Unit: Rig Snubbing, Coil Tubing, Barge, Well Testing & Wire line.
  • Analysis Non Productive Time (NPT), Availability Equipment (AE), Maintenance Cost (MC), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Repair (MTBR)
  • Recommend and upkeep critical spares required for maintenance
  • Train direct staff to execute effective maintenance and provide good on-site troubleshooting of problems
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Engineering (Mechatronic/Mechanical) or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in oil & Gas Services industry of which at least 2 year in supervisory level
  • Proficient in English both oral & written.
  • Familiar with computer applications and project Management program
