To support our operations in Indonesia we are seeking highly qualified candidates for the fallowing positions:
Maintenance Supervisor
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
  • Under broad direction, organizes and coordinates all activities associated with maintaining Halliburton equipment at multiple facilities.
  • Responsible for ensuring the duties of the Maintenance department are performed in a safe, efficient and effective manner.
  • Develop and implement programs to ensure safety within the Equipment Maintenance group.
  • Develop and implement programs to ensure Service Quality and equipment reliability.
  • Coordinate the acquisition, transfer/delivery, retirement and disposal of equipment.
  • Develop and implement and/or maintain processes and measures to insure the accuracy of SAP data. Supervises others either directly or through subordinates.
  • Coordinates diverse activities within a functional area.
  • Plans work and administers policies.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with minimum 4 years in Supervisory level
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Maintenance/Repair or equivalent.
  • Familiar and experienced with CATERPILLAR
  • Have a good understanding in Basic Mechanical and Engine Diesel is a must
  • Having an experience in Electrical Technician and NDT will be an advantage
  • Proven experienced in managing > 30 subordinates
  • Proven record in Supervisory Job
