Assistant Head Of QHSE Department

Responsibilities:
  • Assistant Head of QHSE Department reports to Head of QHSE Department, and is responsible to assist the Head of QHSE Department in his day to day supervising duties to look after the efficiency of QHSE teams
  • Duties, Responsibilities and Authority :
    • To monitor QHSE program achievement report and its performance provided by QHSE Compliance and Training (SCT)
    • To supervise the effectiveness of file management and procedure improvement process in QHSE Department.
    • To do analysis and verification related to the requirement to develop of management system and the implementation onboard, including to verify all proposed changes which is submitted by procedure improvement notice form until approve due to further revision process.
    • Planning, scheduling and executing Internal and External Audits (both shore and shipboard) as well as evaluating of audits and reporting all result to Managing Director
Requirements:
  • One (1) year contract.
  • Education Minimum ANT II, minimum 2 years experience on board or 2 years experience in similar position.
  • Having knowledge about relevant QHSE Management System ( ISM / ISPS Code, OHSA, ISO 9000, ISO 14000).
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
