Job description
Perform all the necessary upgrades and/or optimization of any calculation, algorithm, aggregation, correction factors, workflow, methodology, interfaces and reports.
Perform production metering verification, quality control, problem solving, key performance indicator & coordination with other entities
Prepare, follow up and assist:
1. The preparation of specifications of new metering system and lead the improvement for existing systems.
2. The preparation of re-certification, operating and maintenance procedures for oil and gas metering equipments.
3. The periodical internal audits of the measurement equipment systems and related measurement procedures and propose the
improvements.
Assist and follow up the field operational problem related to metering problems
Assist the coordination with Indonesian authorities for metering certification matters.
Manage and responsible on production surface tools (Production Data Management System and Plant Information)
Assist and support on production allocation especially in allocation reference on surface measurement
Prepare the readiness of production data and measurement Audit (Sarbane Oxley Pro_1a and Ernest Young)
Required skills
Education
Bachelor Degree from Instrument/Electro-control/Chemical/Physic/Mechanical Engineering
Experience
2 years experience in oil and gas operation, especially in surface production facilities and metering equipment
Skills
Good knowledge of surface production facilities, fluid mechanics, and petroleum knowledge
Good level of knowledge in MS Excel spreadsheet, flow computation, simple process simulation, Hysis/Proll, Sarbane Oxley Pro_1a and Ernest Young
