URGENTLY REQUIRED – PIPE STRESS ENGINEER [Job Location: QATAR]

PT. Indonesian Service Bureau (ISB) was established in 2003 to provide Project Management and Engineering Services and to the Oil/Gas Industry. Over the years, ISB has demonstrated capabilities in conceptual studies, detail engineering, and contract supervision of Oil/Gas related projects.

We seek qualified and individuals to come and join us for our Project in QATAR as:

PIPE STRESS ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Performing both manual and computer stress analysis
• Studying the critical piping systems and selecting the proper method of analysis for each project, participating in the review of plot plans, as well as in the review of material and equipment specifications.
• Review equipment drawings in order to establish fixed supports for reboilers and exchangers
• Checking and designing piping stiffener rings and the responsibility of reviewing and commenting on nozzle orientation drawings and design of pipe support vessel clips
• Responsible for ensuring all pipe supports are modeled in 3D CAD (PDS/PDMS) Model by Piping Designers

Qualifications:

• Experience minimum 10 years as Pipe Stress Engineer
• Engineering Educational Level Minimum : Undergraduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering (S1 Teknik Mekanikal)
• Able to operate Piping and Pipe Stress Engineering Software such as PDS, PDMS,CAESAR II, AUTOPIPE etc
• Able to check and verify the work of junior engineers and provide guidance as required.
• Able to perform process calculations and develop process drawings with precise knowledge
• Shall be familiar with relevant codes used in oil and gas industries
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
