PT Century Dinamik Drilling (MBCentury) is a market leader and foremost provider of oil, gas and geothermal drilling services, with one of the most comprehensive and "best in market" fleets of drilling rigs in the Asia Pacific.
To support our operation and business growth, we are seeking experienced professionals to fill-in positions below :
1. Develop and maintain the MB Century Quality System and facilitate QA activities
a) Design and implement the MB Century Quality System
b) Be proactive in investigating and developing improvements in operations and business systems
d) Plan and conduct the Quality Management System Audit Program and provide reports to management
e) Regularly review the MB Century Quality System and recommend changes so that it focuses on customer needs and expectations.
f) Develop systems for monitoring quality performance, regularly reviewing targets and take necessary steps to ensure continuing improvement
g) Develop a QA system so that Rig certification and Company recognized suppliers and their Quality Assurance System certification and documentation and recorded
h) Design and implement Quality Control procedures, Inspection Test Plan (ITP) according to project/client requirements and ensure compliance is maintained through auditing.
i) To plan and supervise subcontractor inspection activities and review of Sub contractor QC performance
j) Raising awareness on implementing and maintaining quality management system to the employees
k) Ensure full traceability is achieved for all MB Century quality activities
l) Develop and monitor procurement systems; this includes written processes requiring all MB Century Vendors / Sub-Vendors providing supplied Goods have been formally qualified and records of such audits or pre-qualification are available for audit purposes.
m) Establish a “Preferred Suppliers List” process that has clear and defined criteria for supplier selection.
n) To implement a formal process of document control. All formal documents such as procedures, plans, systems and checklist must be clearly identified by date, revision status and approval by the appropriate discipline.
o) Implement traceability process for Goods purchased by MB Century or used by the Rig in the execution of work.
p) Ensure the Goods shall be clearly identified and traceable to service history and maintenance records.
q) Implement systems that only use Original Equipment Manufacturer (EOM) of OEM approved spare parts, including items used during the refurbishment of Drilling owned Goods.
r) Implement written processes that identify requirements for equipments certifications, functional test requirements and inspection parameters.
s)Maintain a Master Inspection and Certification list that as a minimum, identifies all equipment sets, inspection requirements, the applicable standards (Industry, Company, Contractor or OEM) and the time intervals at which such inspections and certifications are stipulated. The last inspection / certification date shall also be included.
t) Ensure that a formal written process for identifying non-conforming equipment, material, services or personnel. The process shall include a tracking database that records deficiencies / non – conformance and adequately manages them to closure.
2. Business Development and client relationships
a) Undertake continuous review of the business and bring forth recommendations to the Operations Manager.
b) To interface and coordinate with operation and clients for QA matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities
c) Develop systems and methods to allow proper management and control of Century outputs
d) Develop an annual Improvement Plan from results of internal / external audits and client feedback
e) Ensure findings from external audits are documented, planned and actioned
f) Develop presentations for potential clients.
4. Contracts Management
a) Assist in reviewing client and sub contractor contracts in order to ensure compliance and commercial outcomes.
b) Review and advise management of technical and standards development
c) Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory and agreed client requirements
d) Ensure client complaints are recorded and appropriately actioned
e) Facilitate continuous improvement of contracts for future work in order to increase commercial outcomes
5. Administration and Management Support
a) Assist in the preparation on Gannt charts and mobilization programs.
b) Actively promote methods and systems to reduce costs.
c) Assist in maintaining and expanding the Certification Documentation retained for the Rigs
Requirements:
- Min of 6 years of drilling experience (4 years as QA/QC Specialist responsible for development, maintenance, and implementation of a quality Management System for drilling operations).
- Fluent in English
- Minimum quality training (Lead auditors QMS course)
- Capable of providing documentation and report that meet company expectation.
- Will manage and monitor Contractor’s quality management system to ensure consistent implementation is provided and Company QA/QC requirements and expectations as per contract are met.
- Will not multi-task with other disciplines unless approved by the Company
