ENGINEERING JOBS
My client is looking for a qualified, experienced candidate to fill an Engineering/Geo Technician position. Primary responsibilities include:
• Assist engineers and geologists in field/reservoir studies: create/update well schematics; retrieve and plot production (well, field, normalized) for both operated and non-operated properties; create bubble, pie, and base maps in Petra
• Create, update, review spreadsheets comparing specific field production to forecasted rates.
• Perform various technical duties to support E&P operations, maintenance and engineering projects and functions.
• Participates on multi-discipline teams and in team directed activities.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Associates degree.
• Experience in oil and gas industry data management.
• Proficient in the manipulation of Aries data streams using MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other related software.
• Awareness of Geological, Engineering, and Production duties in the Oil and Gas business.
• Knowledgeable about the overall business objectives surrounding the oil and gas industry.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and support for company’s culture and goals.
