The Naga/Pelikan (N/P) Operations Interface Coordinator will be a seasoned operations professional responsible for development of the operations plan for the N/P development, as well as managing the interface with existing Gajah Baru Operations, during the project execution phase.
 
Based in Jakarta, the project manager will be a leading member of the N/P team, responsible for ensuring that the project is designed in a fit-for purpose manner for subsequent operation, and executed safely without threat to the existing operations or undue production loss at Gajah Baru. The incumbent will therefore be a key contributor in establishing the detailed plans for the execution phase.
 
Key to the success of this role will be a good understanding of offshore operations and the establishment of good relations with the Production Operations team to understand their concerns.
Additionally the incumbent is also responsible for developing the detailed Operations Strategy and Philosophy for the N/P facilities (covering logistics and maintenance planning).

Requirement
•Degree in a recognized Engineering discipline or equivalent offshore experience in operational or similar project roles.
•Minimum 15 years experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
•Proven track record in managing offshore field operations in an offshore environment.
•Contract/subcontract management experience.
•Strong Interpersonal and team oriented skills
•Fluent written and spoken English.
