Project Oil & Gas Staff - Jakarta Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Document tender preparation
- Integrating good communication between client and operation team - domestic and international
- Obtaining rates, preparing and follow up quotation and maintaining quotation log
- Office Management
- Overseeing Chartering operations
- Supervising customs clearance operations
- Field assignment when requested
Requirements:
- Technical Qualification:
- Excellent understanding of Freight Forwarding, Logistic, Custom Brokerage and Formalities
- Understanding of HSE terminology
- Experience with Heavy lifting, cargo loading / unloading, securing and stowing operations
- Experience with Air and Sea vessel chartering
- Good knowledge of Project, Mining, Oil & Energy industries and customers
- Customer oriented
- General Qualification:
- Hold Minimum S1 degree of any major or Marine / Transportation background is preferable
- Detail oriented and result focused
- Self Motivated, high initiative and adaptability
- English Literacy both oral and written
- Computer Literate: MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Strong communication, personal and interpersonal
- High Intergrity
