Position Title    : Manager (Platform Supt - Angsi)

Job Description
1.A large scale operation consists of 4 gas fields with facilities of high complexity that require adequate resources and expertise.
2.Managing high contaminant (i.e. Hydrogen Sulfide and Carbon Dioxide) in produced hydrocarbon.
3.Remote location relatively long distances between platforms that requires high logistic support, good resources and activities planning and management.
4.Managing high voltage power generation system approx. 6.6kV that require sufficient number of certified and qualified staff.
5.Hydrates expected; various chemical handling to ensure smooth flow assurance.
6.Have to deal with complex CO2 removal facilities and high exposure to mercury which can expose to HSE risks to Personnel.
7.Simplified and fit-for-purpose facilities design that may lead to risk of production reliability.
 
Job Accountabilities      :
1.Operational Excellence Lead the implementation of field integrated production plans through optimization of resources and efficient operation of facilities to meet business targets in order to sustain gas supply reliability and satisfy  the market demand.
2.Operation and maintenance plan Lead and steward the implementation of operation and maintenance plan through proper management of hydrocarbon resources to optimize facilities up time and reliability in order to avoid supply interruption and hence meet the customers# requirement.
3.Maintenance Drive the implementation of first-line and other maintenance; continuously review and evaluate the equipment uptime and provide recommendation for improvements in order to sustain equipments reliability to meet its full life economic cycle.
4.Shutdown and Turn Around management Manage on-site planning and execution of shutdown activities within the specified budget at the desired quality inclusive of site supervision of simultaneous operations, in collaboration with Maintenance, Logistics and Procurement support to achieve high equipments reliability and facilities uptime for long term productivity.
5.Work Programme & Budget Provide detailed inputs on operations, maintenance work plan, and comprehensive long term forecast for respective fields for Work Programme & Budget and Corporate Budget to ensure availability of budget allocation for planned activities in order to achieve PCSB production target.
6.Initiatives Plan and lead cost saving and value creation initiatives through  enhancement of production performance and facilities uptime, optimization of staff skills and capabilities, as well as proper contractor management in order to optimize revenue and eliminate price of non conformance.
7.Data management Provide review and quality control on relevant field data such as gas quality, maintenance data, well test, etc to facilitate performance  review and analysis on both short and long term plans in order to meet   the targets
8.Compliance to statutory requirement Plan and track all required activities such as well test, pigging, survey, validation, proving, etc to ensure compliance to statutory and PCSB standard/requirement.
9.Networking and Relationship Building Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers in order to keep abreast with latest development in the relevant markets and capitalise on insider status and strategic alliances to capture opportunities for new business ventures and enhance public confidence in the company business solutions, products and services.
10.Corporate Governance Enforce the implementation of applicable procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements in order to ensure conformance to the established Limits of Authority (LOA), groupwide policies and government regulations to safeguard and shareholders integrity and image as a responsible multinational.
11.Codes of Conduct(COCD) and HSE Policies Communicate, interpret and champion the execution of the objectives and provisions of the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and Codes of Conduct and Discipline (COCD) within the working team and undertake appropriate mitigation and/or intervention programmes to safeguard business operations, high staff discipline and industrial harmony.
12.Leadership and Capability Development Drive the development of competent working team that will enhance and sustain staff capabilities in achieving high performance delivery by determining talent requirements, instilling values of integrity, providing leadership, coaching and guidance and implementing internal successions to ensure internalisation of the right leadership and capabilities in executing their jobs.
13.Mindset, Behaviour and Culture Develop and implement distinctive mindset, behaviour and culture within the working team to achieve high performance in work by leading the adoption and implementation of value interventions, tools and methodologies to promote and instill high sense of commitment, ownership,integrity and loyalty that will contribute to operational excellence.
 
Qualification/Experience Requirements :
-  University degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent with  industry experience in the management of technical function in the  upstream oil and gas industry.
     
Experience:
- 15 years in the oil and gas industry (for external)
