ENGINEERING JOBS

Currently, one of our client a multinational contractor company is looking for some position with below requirement:

1. Cost Control Engineer
Requirement:
-          Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
-          Min. 5 years experiences as cost control in oil & gas industry
-          Experience and focused in FPSO project
-          Fluent in English is a must
Responsibility:

1. Prepares spreadsheets and systems to record and validate invoice submissions.

2. Checks invoices against contract administration procedures and stage payment arrangements.

3. Liaises with counterparts in main contractor organizations in order to ensure that request payment submissions are in strict accordance with Project requirements in terms of format, content and submission schedule.

4.Liaises with construction supervisors to ensure that submitted invoices are in accordance with actual work performed.

5.Administers the internal costs allocation system within the Project; timesheet and expense submissions etc

6. Acts as the focal point within the Project group for the Project/finance and administration group interface.

7.  Establishes and maintains the management system for Project generated purchase orders

8.Ensures compliance against the Projects delegation of Authority structure for distribution of payment documents for authorization

2.  Document Control
Requirement:
-          Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
-          Min. 5 years experiences as document control in oil & gas industry
-          Experience and focused in FPSO project
-          Fluent in English is a must
Responsibility:

1.  Administers all document interchange and external correspondence within the Project.

2. Prepares and populates the project document numbering and filing system databases

3. Provides specifications and guidelines to the IT group to in order to establish appropriate computer systems and databases for the management of all project documents

4. Administers the Projects Technical Query systems and records all such correspondences into an integrated database.

5. Manages the distribution of documents in accordance with a distribution matrix ensuring that all documents re reviewed and commended as prescribed by Project procedures.

6. Liaises with counterparts in main Contractor organizations in order to ensure that all document exchanges are appropriately recorded and administers

7.  Manages the Project Transmittals process

8. Ensures that all Project databases are secured, robust and backed-up

9. Administers any VPN’s , FTP’s that are established by the IT group for Project interfaces with key contractors and vendors.

3. Senior Process Engineer
Requirement:
-          Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
-          Min. 10 years experiences as Process Engineer in oil & gas industry
-          Experience and focused in FPSO project
-          Fluent in English is a must
Responsibility :

1.Provides process engineering input during project execution from preliminary through to detailed design  and start-up into operational phase.

2.Responsible for ensuring that the process facilities are designed to Projects BOD and the operating requirements.

3.Managing the process engineering interfaces. This is done by using the Interface Management Procedure (liaising with Senior Project Engineer – Interface Coordinator).

4.Responsible for ensuring that Process Topside facilities satisfies Company’s expectation such as maximum yield oil recovery and process efficiency/cost

5. Attend the HAZID, HAZOP workshops and other design reviews to ensure that a robust and safe design ensues which meets Project’s expectations.

6.Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and Project departments to assist with process engineering issues.

7. To assist with the commissioning effort, both onshore and offshore commissioning.

8. Ultimately to provide process engineering expertise during field operations
