Architectural Engineer for Chiyoda Doha Qatar
Position Title: Architectural Engineer
Qualifications Requested
1. Work Experience
Possess recognized degree in Architectural Engineer
Minimum 10 years work experience in Architectural Design for Non-Plant and Plant Buildings
Additional experience of coordination with structural, HVAC & plumbing is preferred.
2. Qualifications
1) Capable to carry out building planning for Non-Plant Buildings
2) Capable to carry out building planning for Plant Buildings such as Substations & Control Buildings coordinating with Electrical and Instrumentation Disciplines
3) Capable to understand building finish details
4) Proficient in AutoCAD, Microstation, etc
5) Proficient in MS Excel Operation
6) Understand application of international code such as IBC, etc.
7) Willing to work long hours & during weekend
3. Brief Description of Duties
1) Performs conceptual building planning, especially for Plant Buildings
2) Performs and/or check architectural drawings
3) Must be able to coordinate with Owner, internal engineering subcontractor to be performed building engineering as one (1) package including structure, architecture, HVAC, plumbing & building firefighting
- Experience in EPCI for Oil and gas project both green and brown field project will be advantage.
- Should possess good communication skills in English language.
- Should be able to work effectively in team, maintain good quality of work, and possess good analytical skills in problem solving.
